Thank you for your Sarom Fuoco Barbecue. To deliver the ordered barbecue, we ask for your attention for the below mentioned information.

The barbecue will be delivered as a DIY package on a pallet. Please prepare an open space to place the barbecue, the transporter can then place the barbecue in many cases. It is important the path to the place is free, so the transporter can easily and fast place the barbecue. Please note, standard delivery will only be at your doorstep. By filling in the below mentioned details, you can indicate your delivery wish. If you make a delivery appointment before 10:00 within the Netherlands, your barbecue will be delivered within 24 hours. If you make a delivery appointment for Belgium, please take into account a delivery time of 48 hours. Delivery only takes place at working days. Because it concerns a delivery by pallet, DHL will not indicate a time of delivery.

Concrete can easily break, therefor at the delivery some parts can be damaged. Please note this immediately after recepti of the barbecue and keep the barbecue in its packaging. In case of a damaged particle, we ask you to make a picture of the barbecue still in its packaging en email this to info@strabox.nl. Please always mention the particle number that you can find in the manual.

Assembly advice

To install the barbecue, we advise to use the heat resistant seal of Sarom Fuoco. You can order this here. The use of other seal is possible, but when this releases in time, it is not valid under your warranty.

• because of the increased demand in delivery service, we cannot guarantee 100% that delivery takes place at the agreed day. Because of the high acitivity and limitations, the shipment can be delayed. It is also not possible at this moment to choose a delivery timing, the shipment can take place during the entire day. With the track & trace you can be informed on the timing.
